BOOKING POLICY

ALL RETAINERS/DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

A retainer/deposit is required for desire service in order to secure your appointment. It will be credited to your total amount after the service. If you can't make it to your appointment then cancel your appointment 24 HOURS in advance so it can be credited to your new rescheduled appointment. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment ONCE. This doesn't apply to any no shows, late cancellations, or a client missing their appointment due to lateness.

POLICIES DURING APPOINTMENT

- Please NO KIDS or EXTRA PEOPLE unless they are also getting serviced.

- Please come with your eyebrows GROOMED! (waxed) or REMOVE any unwanted hair

- NO TEXTING during your makeup appointment. It's not respectful to your makeup artist.Just sit and relax, enjoy the vibe

- use bathroom before your session

COVID-19

- If you have any symptoms such as coughing, fever, sneezing, please make sure you stay HOME!

- If you are positive please automatically cancel your appointment, also QUARANTINE for 14 DAYS. Once you do get a COVID TEST and show proof of cover free results.
